At the COPE Convention in January, the Texas AFL-CIO told us that it was time to rise up. The upcoming election is unquestionably the most important in our lifetimes: a referendum on the future of our country, and a historic opportunity to win real gains for working people across our state.
This will also be one of the most challenging electoral seasons in memory, and we know the forces aligned against us will stop at nothing to win.
